Clouds Go Away and Rain Come Ahead
I walk upon a hillside that dips into the sea
And look toward the sun shining brightly over me.
The clouds are floating in the air, playing in the sky,
Like two angels sweeping down from the big hillside.
The sun is dimming slowly in the light of day
While bright and cute angels drive the white clouds away.
The clouds that were friendly have now become cold,
Hiding the sunlight in their many mysterious folds.
Those pasty white cotton balls
Float in the sky and
Dance like the dancers
Tiptoeing by.
A gentle blowing wind
Sweeps across my face
And tinny rain falls down on my head.
I’d love it if it rained every single day.
